There’s a lot of tradition behind Billie Briski’s Busy Bee Realty.  The office is located on the corner of Highways 12 and 26 in the heart of Valley Springs. This building was once owned by Billie’s grandfather, Paul Sinclair, who ran a filling station and garage on the site in the 1940’s.

Now, Broker-Owner Billie Briski looks to the future in her business, just as her grandfather did 60 years ago.  Billie is assisted by her daughter, Caprice, and a well rounded and experienced staff of sales agents and brokers who know the realty business and the area they serve.

Busy Bee Realty is a full service realty including computerized multiple listings covering all of Calaveras, Amador and San Joaquin Counties, plus fax and Notary Public services for the general public.  In addition, this web site will provide you with up-to-the-minute information about local listings, as well as a wealth of information about the local area.
